FTP Download via Web Viewer downloads "Unknown" File

FileMaker Pro

Operating system version

MacOS-X 10.6.8

Description of the issue

An "ftp://xxxxx/xxx.fp7" download URL is passed to a web viewer.  The file being downloaded is actually another FileMaker database xxx.fp7.  The file is downloaded to the default downloads folder but instead of being named xxx.fp7 it is named "Unknown".  If the name is changed to "xxx.fp7" it opens successfully in FileMaker Pro.  This same URL downloads correctly when passed to the "Open URL" script step.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Do a "Set Web Viewer" script step passing it a valid FTP download of a FileMaker database

Expected result

It should download the remote database file to the default downloads folder

Actual result

The file is downloaded but it is named "Unknown"

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

No error messages appear

No workaround known for the Set Web Viewer script step.  Can use the Open URL script step but that switches the user out of FileMaker.
