What kind of graphic file are you inserting? Might this be an eps file?
Yes it is an Illustrator eps from CS6. Is that a problematic file type? I did it because I wanted a reverse over the blue background. Something unusual is happening as we...when the error occurs, all of the output colors change...the yellow becomes more green and the blue gets darker...very strange. And to make it even more mystical, I print a 480 page document, and the error occurs after say 250 pages. On page 250 it's correct and page 251 it's an error. I've never seen anything like it. Reminds me of a caching problem I saw once...
FileMaker doesn't have a very good track record with EPS files so it was suspect number 1 in my mind when I read your post.
This now matches a known issue in FMP 13 on Mac systems only. I do not know if it also occurs in FMP 14.

This is one of many acknowledged bugs that can be found in the Known Bug List thread here in the Report an Issue section of the forum.

Thank you...I thought I was going crazy scrolling and examining the issues. The changing colors and such is an odd thing too. I surmised that this was some sort of memory problem. I'm gonna see if printing under 250 works as suggested in one of the post. After that, I'll just import the background and header a full tiff or jpeg and be done with it.
Thank you for the post.
PhilModJunk is correct (thank you!) that we are aware of an issue with EPS files not properly displaying after extended use. The report indicates this issue still occurs with FileMaker Pro 14.0.1 (Advanced) for Mac OS X.
Additionally, I added your comments to the original report made to Testing and Development.
With the release of FileMaker Pro 14.0.5, we have announced that EPS files are being deprecated from FileMaker Pro. Although it is not removed immediately, plans should be made to replace EPS files with another file type.
