Import .55 results in .55000000000000004
Operating system version
Windows XP SP 3
Description of the issue
importing .55 from a .xlsx file comes in as .55000000000000004
Steps to reproduce the problem
Create an Excel .xlsx file with Column A and Column B
Put a name in column A, put .55 in column B
When you open the xlsx file from FileMaker, or import it, the .55 becomes .55000000000000004.
You have to CLICK into the field to see the expanded number, otherwise you don't know it has happened.
.55 should import as .55, not .55000000000000004
After import, use the Replace script step to round the field to the number of decimal places you really want.
