after few tests " Sliding up base on all objects above" is the cause of the problem.
Thank you for your post.
I definitely want to see your "test" file. Please check your Inbox at the top of this page for instructions where to send the file.
I received your file.
Unfortunately, I am unable to replicate the problem with FileMaker Pro 12 under Windows 7, Windows XP, and Mac OS X 10.7.3. The last word always appears.
I have run my test file also on a Windows Vista and I got the same errors.
Moreover I have done several other tests and I found that the font and field width influence the problem.
As a matter of fact, sometimes it is enough change the field width by 1 pixel to have or not the problem.
I have tested a couple of fonts and with Arial and Tahoma the problem is quite frequent, whereas with Calibri never happened.
I will test probably tomorrow with a Mac system and I will let you know.
BTW, you have the same results even printing and I tested it with several real and virtual printers.
The fact that you did not have the problem may be because it is related to the Italian version of the Windows OS.
In any case, this problem need a deep investigation because is it very serious: the Italian text is present in the test db I sent to you is a medical diagnosis and I must be 100% sure that it is fully printed.
Might this be connected to the following issue?

I tesetd it and it seems working now.
Phil, if you like, I can send to you both files (the old problem you mentioned and the new one).
of course, my previoius post regards the old problem, not the new one.
I made a test with a Mac and I was unable to reproduce the problem. Good news!
So it seems that this problem is related only using Windows (I have tested 7 and Vista, both in Italian).
