Index language unset/set to English on Swiss German Systems

Description of the issue

If You create a brandnew DB with FileMaker 11.0x, the index-language is set to English instead of 'German'

If You create a clone of a FileMaker File, the same

Steps to reproduce the problem

- SWISS GERMAN version of FileMaker Pro 11.0x
- create a new File
- create a field
-- check out the language on 'Speicher' (Memory, I suppose on the english version)

Expected result

on 'Speicher' (Memory?) Tab, the language is set to 'German'

Actual result

language is set to 'English'

(FMDiff  will report 'unset')

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

no error msg.

Configuration information

happens on Mac OSX 10.6.x and Windows XP

Workaround

-> if You create the file with FileMaker 10.x, create one single field, then You can close FM10 and work ahead with FM 11, no more problems
