Description of the issue

I am having trouble with IWP. The Database is available via the ip address 192.168.0.102:591 only on our local network.  I have forwarded the port 591 in our router to the specific computer that the data base sits on.  I have turned on IWP and Sharing and Enabled fmiiwp, it still cannot be connected to from outside our network.  I am at a loss, any suggestions?

Thanks,
Amy

Steps to reproduce the problem

Not sure, I have followed all steps to publish my data base to the web and it is still not working properly. I have tried turning off the Windows Firewall on the computer but it did not make a difference.  I have made sure to allow Filemaker access on the windows firewall and the firewall on our router. UDP and TCP Endpoint filtering are both set as Endpoint Independent.

Expected result

Ability to connect with the URL given by Filemaker in the IWP dialog box

Actual result

Page not available or timed out if outside our LAN, Works as it should from our network.
