Version

Operating system version

Windows 8.1 Pro, 64-bit

Description of the issue

Interactive PDFs return the following error in 64-bit FM Pro 14 when Adobe Acrobat is installed:

"Adobe Acrobat does not support Internet Explorer's 64 bit Mode. Either install the latest version of Adobe Reader or disable 64 bit Mode in Internet Explorer."

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Install 64-bit FileMaker Pro on Windows.
2. Install Adobe Acrobat.
3. Create a new FileMaker file.
4. Create a container field and add it to the layout.
5. Make the container interactive via the "Interactive content" option under the Inspector's Data tab.
6. Go into browse mode, create a record, right click and insert a PDF via the Insert PDF option.
7. Should get the error message. If not, close and reopen the file.

Expected result

The PDF should render and be interactive.

Actual result

Get the "Acrobat does not support IE 64 bit mode" error message.

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

Workaround

Two that I've found:

1. Use 32-bit Pro 14

or

2. Uninstall Acrobat
