By any chance are you sending your file to a windows user when you have developed the file on a Mac?
Windows systems require a bit more horizontal and vertical room to display the same text and thus opening a mac designed layout in windows can result in text that is clipped or wraps unexpectedly.
no we are sending to another Mac user that uses sames OS X and FMP version. That's why we find this strange. Thanks
Check to make sure that the same fonts are installed on each. If a font is used on the layout and then you open the file on a machine that does not have that font, a different font will be substituted.
Check the screen resolution and any anchors other than top left that may have been set. If bottom or right anchors were selected for some layout objects, they may change position or size on the new machine if they are opening the layout with a larger (in terms of how many pixels) window.
Same fonts installed. Issue is principally the LINE SPACING withing each field that changes.
We've been using FMP since version 7 and we've always had this issue...
