Learning videos in Resource Center do NOT work on Windows 7

Description of the issue
Only displays a solid black screen until video ends with "Watch again."
However, the link works CORRECTLY on Mac OS X 10.4.11
Steps to reproduce the problem
Consistent hard failure; launch Filemaker trial version, select "Learn" and click on ANY of the video links.
Video sequence inedtial to results obtained on Mac OS X
Solid, continuoes BLACK screen
Exact text of any error message(s) that appear
One time only advised to change file associations for Quicktime.
Do NOT use Windows 7! :-(
HOWEVER, WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO PRINT THE SCREEN THE VIDEO BEGAN TO RUN!!!!!! NO IDEA WHAT ELSE CHANGED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
