License Key Conflict with own license
FMP10 and FMP11; Filemaker Server 10

Description of the issue
Intermittently on start-up or as soon as try to change layout after FMP launch, receive license key conflict error message (below). The conflict is with 'myself'. We have four PCs, and one Mac which have exhibited the problem.

The maximum number of licensed users are currently using this copy of FMP. Please refer to the license key section of your software documentation for further instructions.
License Key conflict occurred with user [same name of user domain name currently trying to use software]. All files will be closed and the application will quit.
Individual software licenses
I understand that the problem is likely that FMP Server is not properly recognising log-out.
Restarting sometimes works. Waiting around sometimes works.
I'd like to know whether any of the following would help:
1. Upgrading FMP Server to FMP11
2. Converting our individual software licenses to volume licenses.
3. Anything else?
