The problem exists in FileMaker Server 10; not FileMaker Pro. This problem also occurred in FileMaker Server 11.0v1, but was fixed in 11.0v2. Converting your individual FileMaker Pro software licenses to volume licenses will not fix the issue. Therefore, solely upgrading to FileMaker Server 11.0v2 will fix the issue.
