Description of the issue

Twice in the past week I have been working developing and entering data and the window becomes unresponsive. I can open another window, but there is no mouse clicks or keystrokes work in the frozen window. I can't close that window and I can't quit the application. I had to Force Quit the application, which doesn't seem to have caused any corruption.

Configuration information

Late 2012 iMac 27" 3.2GHz i5 16GB RAM with at least 6GB free.

Workaround

Force quit. Not pretty.
