Summary

Lost Preferences in FM 13

Product

FileMaker Pro

Version

13

Operating system version

Windows 7

Description of the issue

Preferences do not migrate from FM 12 to FM 13.  Not only do I have to manually connect and add favorite hosts and files, but it looks like any customization of toolbars or dialogs will be lost in the update. I have 10+ users I have to install the upgrade and redo all of their remote hosts, files and preferences.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Upgrade FM Pro 12 on system to FM Pro 13

Expected result

Transfer of Preferences, including remote hosts, favorites, and files as well as customization of toolbars and dialogs.

Actual result

Loss of all preferences.
