Summary

Missing FileMaker Option in 11.0v2 Advanced Printing Dialog with HP OfficeJet 8000 Printer Driver in OSX 10.6

Product

FileMaker Pro

Version

Advanced 11.0v3

Operating system version

Mac OSX v10.6

Description of the issue

When printing from Filemaker, both the full and runtime versions, with the Apple supplied printer driver for the HP OfficeJet 8000 A809, the FileMaker options do not appear as they do with other  printers, AND as they still do when I try to print using FileMaker Advanced 10.0v3 WITH the same OS and the same printer driver.  (See the attached files, showing dialog box that appears when printing from both versions of FileMaker.

This is problematic when you need to select the "Records being browsed" option rather than "Current Record" or "Blank Record"

Steps to reproduce the problem

It happens every time.

Expected result

The FileMaker Options should appear, but they do not in FileMaker Advanced 11.0v2, including in the runtime version.

Actual result

In FileMaker Advanced 11.)v2 there are no FileMaker options available, including selecting one or all records being browsed to print.  The options do appear in FileMaker Advanced 10.0v3 that is installed on the same machine.  The same problem exists on both my MacBook Pro and iMac, with the same software, OS and printer driver.
