Summary
Missing Keyboard Shortcuts with Standard menu on Custom Menu set
Description of the issue
When using a custom menu set, the keyboard shortcuts for copy and paste don't all work...even when using the default "edit copy" menu. The problem is that the menu recognizes CTRL-C and CTRL-V, but it does not recognize the commonly used (in Windows) CTRL-Insert and Shift-Insert. I have had many users report copy/paste problems after I implemented a custom Records or File menu, not knowing that FileMaker only recognizes the standard Windows commands when using the 'Standard FileMaker Menus' set. This *constantly* bites me, too, while I am developing. A similar issue is on the Delete Record command, where CTRL-Shift-E can no longer be used to delete a record without a dialog.

Thank you for your post.
Our Development and Software Quality Assurance (Testing) departments are aware of this issue. At this time, the Custom Menus only support one type of shortcut.
I have attached your post to the case. I will post again if any additional information becomes available.
