Summary

Mouse Hover propriety is not applied if there is a conditional formatting with fill color

Product

Version

Operating system version

Description of the issue

When you set the Mouse Hover propriety for a field (color or gradient) and there is a Conditional Formatting set with a fill color, if the conditional formatting is true, it prevails against the Mouse Hover.
In my opinion should be the opposite: the Mouse Hover should be prevalent against any other formatting (conditional or not)

Steps to reproduce the problem

1) Set a field with a Conditional Formatting with a fill color
2) Set the Mouse Hover propriety for the field with color or gradient

when the conditional formatting is true, it prevails against the Mouse Hover

Expected result

The Mouse Hove property should always be applied

Actual result

The color specified in the conditional formatting (when it's true) is displayed
