      Description of the issue

      ------------

      Open a new window in browse mode

      Make sure toolbar is hidden using the icon, in bottom left corner if the window

      Go to layout mode

      Right click on window title bar and uncheck "Hide Toolbar"

      Browse mode toolbar bar shows in Layout mode!!

      Make sure toolbar is hidden using icon, in bottom left corner.

      Go to browse mode

      Right click on window title bar and uncheck "Hide Toolbar"

      Layout mode toolbar bar shows in Browse mode!!

      Same issue arises when switching to/from FInd Mode

      Steps to reproduce the problem

      ------------

      Open a new window in browse mode

      Make sure toolbar is hidden using the icon, in bottom left corner if the window

      Go to layout mode

      Right click on window title bar and uncheck "Hide Toolbar"

      Browse mode toolbar bar shows in Layout mode!!

      If OS X Lion still provides it please put that lovely top right show/hide toolbar "blister" button back!!

      Expected result

      Not that!!

      Workaround

      Just use the Icon at the bottom left, not the drop down on the window title bar
