      Description of the issue

      Password was reset on one workstation that was on the network.  Logged in using the new password and FM will not accept it.  Followed the directions given by the tech support on reseting the admin console password on the server.  We are not using a server program.  Please help us reset the password.

          Thank you for your post.

          Assuming you already tried the old password, restore the file from a backup, as this would contain the previous password.  Make sure you have a full access password that no one else has access to, so you can always get back into the file if this ever happens again.

          The default full access password is username "Admin" with no password.  Perhaps this is what Tech Support tried to do with you.
