FileMaker Pro

Version

pro advanced 12

Operating system version

Windows 7

Description of the issue

Hello all,
I have a research database with many quicktime movies in container fields. Most of them when do not show the preview unless you click on the field itself or click on the scripted play button.
I read in various places that you had to set a poster frame (though all the clips had a preview in the explorer already) so I tried iTunes and didn't work, so I upgraded to Quicktime pro to let me set the poster frame and while it seems to do it, it still only shows when clicked... the strange thing is that it works for some clips, albeit only a few... I read in the internet that it happens to other people but no-one has a solution.
Any help? any info?
Thank you in advance!!
