I agree its a flaw, having had to change all my OWN invoice and other paperwork templates in readiness for 12.
BUT only because it could be argued it is more consistent behaviour (although changed from 11)
Workaround is to do a bit of cleverness in Photoshop to splti the graphics into 2 parts
Yeah, using an $900 product to fix a $300 one, not clever is it?
Apparently graphics only display in one layout part, the part the top of the graphic is in. The portion of the graphic below that layout part is not displayed.
So, it seems a graphic must be chopped up into pieces precisely and placed precisely. However, this will not work with parts that vary in size and number (body and summaries).
Putting everything in the body also does not work because that negates the benefit of the summaries and flexible formatting.

Thank you for your post.
Our Development and Testing departments are aware of this issue. I have attached this forum thread to the original report. I will post again when more information becomes available.
TSGal, is this a "mac only" change?
When I try to do this on a windows copy, neither FileMaker 11 nor 12 display graphics that extend from the header into the body. They are clipped at the part boundary in both cases.
