Summary
Print driver host for 32 bit applications has stopped working
Product
FileMaker Pro
Version
11.0.v3
Operating system version
Windows7
Description of the issue
I have 5 databases. Lately, when I try to print from one or more of the 5 databases, using either the print icon or File-Print, I sometimes receive this error - "Print Driver host for 32bit applications has stopped working" - "Printing cannot continue because this printer is not connected to a port." Trying to print to either local or networked HP printer(s).
Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
Application Name: splwow64.exe
Application Version: 6.1.7601.17514
Application Timestamp: 4ce7b4c8
Fault Module Name: hpzuiwn7.dll
(there's more)
It does not crash the database - it just won't print. If you close and try again - sometimes it works; sometimes you got the same error.
I have the same software installed on another computer (not shared). I can open the same database from this other computer and print just fine.
Steps to reproduce the problem
close application and reopen - sometimes fixes it.

If you haven't spotted it already, the crash report indicates that the print spooler has crashed (splwow64.exe). Since it works just fine from another computer, this suggests an issue with your operating system and/or your hard drive rather than FileMaker.
