Description of the issue

I'm trying to set up a priviege set so users that login with a certain password are only able to view certain records.
I'm using File/Manage/Secuity/Privilege Sets/New
On the Records area I'm choosing Custom Privileges/Limited
I then get to the "Specify Calculation" screen.
I choose the field I want to use. My calcultaion is Company= abc So only records with abc in the company field will be able to be viewed by this particular user.
However when I enter that calculation I get the error message
"The specified field cannot be found"

Any ideas what calcultion I should be using?
