It's hard to make out the details, but I think I see a found set of two records. If you click to the second record in the found set, is it the record you were trying to find?
If this the same issue that has been discussed for a while in the FM Pro Forum, I suggest posting a link to that thread here. Otherwise you are likely to get all the same suggested fixes posted here that were posted in it.
This sounds like a known issue that appears to be due to damaged indexing as repairing the indexes in the file usually corrects the issue.
