Rendering issue with graphics and webviewer

      FileMaker Pro

      Operating system version

      Windows 7

      Description of the issue

Embedded graphics not rendering. Only showing placeholder icon.
      WebViewer with incorrect resolution

      Steps to reproduce the problem

Graphics embedded in layout mode (not container field). Solution developed on Mac.
      No issue with FMA 12

      Expected result

      as described.
On Windows 7, I would expect same rendering behavior with FMA13 as with FMA12.
      same OS, same files
=> no issue with FMA 12
      => completely disaster with FMA13

      Actual result

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

      Configuration information

Win 7 on Mac 10.9 via Parallels Desktop.

      none yet

               Thank you for your post.

What is the web page being loaded by the WebViewer?

Which version of Internet Explorer is installed in Windows 7?  This affects the how the WebViewer interprets web pages.  On a side note, there have been a few reports related to Internet Explorer 11 and FileMaker Pro 13.

                 thanks for reply.

Web pages being loaded in the upper Screenshot (X) are [ http://www.medicalbizz.ch/add/intro_dt/intro2/intro2.html ] and same hrefs with 1 OR 3 OR 4 instead of 2. They look perfect in MSIE 11.

The html-protocoll for the "Anmelden" window is a calculated code where the animated-gif was converted into a Base-64 protocol

                 I'm using Explorer 11 v.11.0.9600.16428

There's a answer to that issue with the embedded graphic not loading (the logo's "MedicalBizz" and "CoverCard"): I increased the Windows 7 partition in Parallels and the issue seem to be resolved. This might indicate a change with caching and writing data's between FMA12 AND FMA13.

Though for both incidents definitely different behavior in FMA12 (no conflict) and FMA13 (WV and need for more memory)
