      Description of the issue

      Runtime built on Mac, tested and bundled on Windows XP. Both Mac and xp version ran as expected. When runtime run on Windows 7, export to csv file selected but only a .tab file produced.

      Steps to reproduce the problem

      export as csv file via windows 7

      Expected result

      a csv export file.

      Actual result

      Only a .tab file is produced.

      Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

      No error dialog by program.

      Workaround

      none.

          Was this export records operation performed in a script or by the user selecting export records from the File menu? 

          Don't really see why that would be an issue here, but every detail can help.

            Thank you for responding. I am going to install Windows 7 on my mac and see if I can figure it out. If I go direct to export files and choose .csv it makes one then Excel labels it as an excel file and adds on the excel extension after the .csv. If I use the script, it makes a .tab file that Windows says it can't read and won't open. If it persists after I have looked deeper I will check back in. Thank you for you assistance.
