Description of the issue

When running an application under a limited Privilege Set (i.e., limiting certain Layouts, Records and Fields) and using Custom Menus and using FileMaker Pro Advance... the User can use Data Viewer and monitor variables and field values... thereby a breach of security.

How can we disable Data Viewer from view under FileMaker Pro Advanced from the user's eyes?

Steps to reproduce the problem

Tools Menu always appears when using FileMaker Pro Adv -- how can you disable Data View from the dropdown?

Expected result

Disable Data Viewer

Actual result

Any user (of any Privilege Set) when using FileMaker Pro Adv can view any fields --  We want to disable this security breach.
