      Description of the issue

      We have recently upgraded from v8 to v11 and a few of us have upgraded to Office 2007.  Those of us running Outlook 2007 are having issues with the "send Mail" script.  The email is generated fine, but the "To" field is empty.  I have tried to enter the email addresses (in the script) every way possible and cannot get anything to appear in the To: field of the email.  We typically use our global address book.

      Steps to reproduce the problem

      Anytime the "Send Mail" script is used.

      Expected result

      To:  jdoe@borgwarner.com

      Actual result

      To:

      Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

      There is no error message.

          Thank you for your post, and I apologize for the late reply.

          Assuming you are using Send Mail with E-mail client, have you tried using Send Mail via SMTP server?  If so, does this work?

          For clarification, are you just sending the email address, or are you also trying to send the name with the email address?

          I also noticed Knowledge Base Article #7083 may be relevant.
