Summary

Server Script not working correctly

Description of the issue

FileMaker Product(s) involved:FileMaker Pro 10.0v3, FileMaker Server 10.0.2.206 Operating System(s) involved:Mac OSX 10.6.2, Mac OSX Server 10.6.2 Detailed description of the issue:Scheduled server scripts are not working even though they work correctly in FileMaker client. The script is set to do a predefined search for records that contain the word "open" in a specified field, and then send an email containing the number of records in the found set and/or text from a specified field. Exact steps to reproduce the issue:The script reads as follows: Perform Find [Restore]   ( with the find request specified as -  Action: Find Records  Criteria  Funds::Progress Status: [==open] ) Send Mail [send via SMTP Server; No dialog; to "abc@abc.com"; Subject "Test Message 1"; Message: "There were " & Get ( FoundCount ) & " records with \"Open\" Status."]Send Mail [send via SMTP Server; No dialog; to "abc@abc.com"; Subject "Test Message 2"; Message: Funds::Vehicle Name]  Expected Result:Under the current record set, the result is two emails. The first email should have the message: There were 3 records with "Open" Status. The second email should have the message: XYZ Fund (which is the content of the field Funds::Vehicle Name of the first record in the found set.)This works correctly when running the script from a FileMaker client.   Actual Result:When the server runs the script, the result is incorrect. The first email reads: There were 1 record with "Open" Status. It returns "1" as the found count regardless of how many records have the status "Open".The second email reads: ABC Fund (which is the content of the field Funds::Vehicle Name of the first record in the database, and should NOT be in the found set.)  Any workarounds that you have found:We cannot find any workaround for this issue.
