Summary

Set Error Capture step causes scripts to skip following Import Records step.

Product

FileMaker Pro

Version

11

Operating system version

OS X 10.6.8

Description of the issue

A Set Error Capture (On) step before an Import Records step, set to import a folder but with no folder specified, causes the Import Records step to do nothing. With Degbugger open the script goes to the Import Records step but, on advance, moves directly to the following step without putting up the Choose a Folder dialog or importing any records Switching SEC off, or disabling it, causes the Import Record step to behave as expected, ie pop up the Choose a Folder dialog.

This has been confirmed in a new, text file set up with just the import fields and these few script steps.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Create a script with the following steps:
Set Error Capture (On)
Import Records (select a folder, no folder specified)
any other step

Expected result

The Import Records step should pop up the Choose a Folder dialog.

Actual result

The dialog doesn't open, and no records are imported.

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

No error messages.
