It's difficult to determine what is causing the additional record based on your post, so let's assume that record is damaged in some way. Therefore, I would find all records except for the "21215". That is, go into Find Mode, enter "21215" into the key field (LTV #?), click Omit and press return. This will find all records except for "21215". Then, create a clone of the file, open the clone, and import from the main file as this will only import the valid records.
Let me know if you need additional clarification.
Seems easy enough, and I will certainly give that a try, however a quick question: What do I do with my relational data - do I have to separately export all the data from the other tables to preserve that?
