splwow64.exe Appcrash Printing from filemaker on Windows x64

FileMaker Pro

Operating system version

Windows 2008 R2 x64 & windows 7 x64

Description of the issue

A customer is using Filemaker Pro 11 on a windows 64Bits Remote Desktop server, when printing to the installed Dell 2135cn printer it displays an AppCrash error.

We have tested this in multiple stuations.

*) Enviroments & OS : Production Windows 2008 R2 and in Test with Windows 2008 R2 and Windows 7 x64
*) Local installed Driver and Shared printer driver.
*) Filemaker 8 and Filemaker 10 do not seem to be affected by this problem, Currently only Filemaker 11.
*) Other 32Bits applications do not experience the problem.
*) when using the 'SysinternalsSuite' Process Monitor we were unable to reproduce the problem, this suggests to us that is might be a timing issue.

I hope there is a developer that can help me investigate the problem further, i have tryed using windbg but this only tells met there is een Access violation (code c0000005) when printing in the splwow64.exe
