      Summary

Status Toolbar toggling does not resize window properly

      Description of the issue

FileMaker Product involved: FileMaker Pro 10.0v3 (trial version)FileMaker Pro Advanced 10.0v3 Operating System involved: Mac OS X 10.5.8 Detailed description of the issue: When toggling the visibility of the Status Toolbar (by way of shortcut, menu, title bar or bottom-left-corner methods), the automatic resizing of the window is off by 25 pixels.  This is exactly the same height as the "Layout Toolbar", which appears to "pop" the layout contents out of the way in a more violent fashion as the Status Toolbar. Exact steps to reproduce the issue: 1.  Create a database (don't bother with any fields). 2.  On the new layout, leave the base background color white and create a rectangular shape that spans the full height of the layout. 3.  Select a darker fill color for this rectangle. 4.  Enter Browse mode and resize the window by clicking the standard green Mac window resize button.  The window should "shrink-wrap" around the rectangle. 5.  Toggle the Status Toolbar on and off repeatedly to witness the subsequent cropping of the rectangle or extra white margin at the bottom of the layout. Expected Result: The window should resize properly!  It should take into account the 25 pixels that the "Layout Toolbar" appears to inject into the mix. Actual Result: The contents of the layout either gets cropped or an extra 25 pixels of white space appears at the bottom of the layout, depending on if the window is shrink-wrap resized prior to the toggling of the Status Toolbar. Exact text of any error message(s) that appeared: N/A Any additional configuration information / troubleshooting that is relevant to the issue: Check out this sample file and video of this bug in action here:http://www.larsonsystems.com/window_resize_bug/ Any workarounds that you have found: Using the Custom Menu feature, assign an override behavior script that consists of these two lines: Show/Hide Status Area [Toggle]Adjust Window [Resize to Fit]
