Try downloading a new copy. Maybe it got munged during the download.

It sounds like PhilModJunk is correct here (thanks!). I downloaded the v3 update for FileMaker Pro 11, verified that the download was the correct size and was able to successfully run it. You may want to try clearing your browser cache and attempting the download again. This process varies from browser to browser but if you let us know what browser you're using (e.g., Internet Explorer 8, Firefox, etc.), I should be able to help you with this process.
