      Description of the issue

      A client of mine is getting this error when she clicks the PDF all button and it happens in the custom print screen

      Posted two pictures to give a better understanding.

          Thank you for your post.

          The screen shots are of a FileMaker Pro solution.

          What does the "PDF All" button execute?

          If you pull down the File menu and select Print, click PDF in the lower left corner, and choose "Save as PDF...", does this work?

            Here's a bit of further explanation:

            The error message that you see is not a standard "built in" error message produced by the FileMaker application. It appears to be a message displayed using the Show Custom Dialog Step in a script--presumably the one performed by clicking that button. You, or the person that developed this solution would need to examine that script to see exactly what caused it to display that message.
