Thank you your post and taking the time to point out this issue.
I have just double-checked the downloads page, and the link now appears to be working. Thinking this might be a firewall issue, I called a friend outside our firewall to access the web page, and she was able to successfully download the update.
Whatever was the original issue now appears to be working properly. Let me know if you encounter any other issues with our web site.
I have seen other download links on other web sites fail for one Browser and not another. So if you still have a problem, try a different web browser and see if that works. If it does, please report back here which browser worked and which didn't.
