It sounds like you may be running into an issue that our Development department is currently investigating. Specifically, if there's multiple versions of Bento installed and you attempt to import from a Bento data source, FileMaker may attempt to use one of the earlier versions installed. Try doing a Spotlight search for Bento and removing all versions but the latest (4.03).
I did the search, but only find the latest version. I also ran cleanmymac just in case there was some reference somewhere to an older version of bento. The scan and clean just finished a few minutes ago. I restarted my machine and tried again, but got the same result. Any idea when a solution might be available? Thanks for the quick response!
Let's try clearing the Bento preference files and attempting the import again. Head to
/Users/<your user name>/Library/Preferences
and remove the two files titled
Before you attempt the import again, you'll want to launch Bento 4 again so that it can recreate these two files.
