Unable to open database - getting "

Description of the issue
Open an existing file -> Remote ->
My database is no longer listed as part of the Available Files.
When I try to open from Recent I receive the following error.
"_SillDbase" could not be opened. (Not Found).
I see the database file in windows explorer, however, it will not let me open it up.
Steps to reproduce the problem
The server that Filemaker Pro was installed on was shutdown. The users were not notified to disconnect.
After bringing the server back up, we're unable to get into this one database.
The other databases are working just fine.
There is no work around
