Unable to save any changes to the Database Server --> Folders Settings

FileMaker Server

Operating system version

Windows 2012 R2

Description of the issue

I am having an issue with FM 14 Server configuration and the ability to save changes. FM Server is running on a Windows 2012 R2 Server 64 bit. Currently I am unable to save any additional database folders within the Database Server tab. That is when I set "Enable additional database folder 1" and then enter a path, the admin console will not save the changes. Clicking on the save button does nothing. Validation seems to work and in some cases i get an error when both the Path and Container Path are the same. I have attempted to perform this exact action in many different configurations and have had no luck.

1) Internet Explorer 11 - Does not save.
2) Google Chrome (Newest Version) -Does not save.
3) Path is set to the local C: Drive - Does not save.
4) Path is set to the local Filemaker Server folder - Does not save
5) Path is set to the local database folder - Does not save.
6) Path is set to a Mapped Network folder - Does not save.

Thanks for any responses or ideas.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Every step resulted in the problem. I did notice someone had an issue with a Mac server and a similar issue, but I fail to see how a local drive or even the FM Server database location would also fail to save.

Expected result

Getting a second location to store databases as well as container files.
