unable to set color of checkbox mark without a border on the checkbox
Operating system version
XP professional service pack 3
Description of the issue
In fmp 8.5, I made extensive use of this feature:
If a checkbox had pen width=None and pen color=Red, the result was a red "X" with no border. But if I open the file in fmp 11,
the "X" is now grey. If I set pen width=hairline, the "X" becomes red, but I also get an unwanted border. I don't understand why two things that were relatively uncoupled in fmp 8.5 are now coupled. Assuming I find an alternate approach, it will take hours - perhaps days - to implement. Is there any possibility of reverting to the old behavior?
Steps to reproduce the problem
1. Create a value list with just 1 item "T".
2. Create a text field. Set it to style checkbox set, using the value list from step 1. Set line size to 0 pt.
3. In browse mode, click in the checkbox.
In fmp 8.5, a red "X" appears.
A grey "X" appears.
