What version of FileMaker Pro do you have installed on your hard disk? Are you running Windows or Mac? What version of the operating system are you running? What is the complete path name of the FileMaker Pro application that resides on your hard disk?
The FileMaker Pro 10.0v3 updater was released several months ago, and it will update FileMaker Pro 10.0v1 or 10.0v2 to 10.0v3.
Any other information you can provide may be helpful in determining possible causes.
