Description of the issue

Installed
'fmpa_updater_13.0.2.228.exe'

Now FileMaker 13 Advanced will not start

Windows Updates ran last night and all important updates are installed

Steps to reproduce the problem

Install the recent updater when FileMaker 13.0v1 is installed on Windows 7 Ultimate

Expected result

13v2 to install and open

Actual result

FileMaker didn't open after updater ran and a dialog window appears with a message

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

Dialog window appears with the title
"FileMaker Pro 13 Advanced.exe - Entry Point Not Found"

The message of the dialog window says
"The procedure entry point
?CreateNewEntry@DBBaseDirectoryEntry@Draco@@QAE?AVDBError@2@ABVunistring@2@_N@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library DBEngine.dll."

Workaround

Will try to uninstall and reinstall FileMaker 13 Advanced but not update to 13v2
