Using Automator Actions with InDesign

FileMaker Pro

11 & 12

Operating system version

OSX 10.7 & 10.8

Description of the issue

We've been using the Automator actions "Publish to InDesign Pict Frames" & "Publish to InDesign Text Frames" for production of some publications and we now get AppleScript errors and will not work when trying to open these on a machine running OSX 10.7. We have started to upgrade to FileMaker 12 from 11 and I'm trying to find a fix for these scripts that will run on FileMaker 12 and on Mac OSX 10.7 & 10.8.
The Action Project Files I'm referring to can be found here:

Steps to reproduce the problem

Attempt to open "Publish to InDesign Pict Frames" or "Publish to InDesign Text Frames" on a Mac running 10.7 or 10.8.

Expected result

Run these actions in Automator in order to populate text and image boxes in InDesign with data imported into FileMaker.

Actual result

Actions won't open or run properly because of AppleScript error.
