    Virus report: Virus.Win32.Parite.b

      Summary

      Virus report: Virus.Win32.Parite.b

      Description of the issue

I have been told that runtime solutions created in FileMaker Advanced 10 on Windows XP are infected with this virus.  My own system appears to be virus free, so I don't know how a runtime solution I create in Windows can carry the virus known as Virus.Win32.Parite.b Will appreciate any feedback

          Thank you for your post.

The information you received is false.  After creating a runtime solution and performing a search for this virus, nothing is displayed.  Doing a quick internet search, Virus.Win32.Parite.b appears to attach itself to files with .exe and .scr extensions.  You can read more about it on the internet, along with ways to remove it from your system.
