With iOS8, you have to remove this script. This is not documented yet, but this article might be helpful:
Thanks to Benjamin and databuzz for the fix. Still though, I am occasionally getting the prompt 'Open this page in "FileMaker Go"?'. Is there something more I can write into the mobileConfig file that will indicate I want the file opened with FMGo? Haven't been able to determine cause as it happens, seemingly at random, only pattern I've seen is that Safari is already running in background when it happens. Thanks in advance.
I had a conflict once when FMGo12 AND FMGo13 were installed at the same time. I'ld recommend to delete FMGo12 on the device anyway. Maybe this could be the cause of your issue(?).
This <string>FMP:// … tells iOS with wich app the file should be opened. I doubt that iOS can decide if FMGo12 OR Go13 should be chosen to open. The …/Tasks.fmp12 suffix obviously has no meaning to iOS since I use a proprietary suffix ( .BZZ ) in my solution.
Thanks again Benjamin, but I uninstalled FMGo12 almost immediately upon installing 13, which was shortly after it was released.. I am surprised if others aren't seeing the same thing as what I described..
One conflict could be that you still have your old profiles installed. Though iOS get's confused:
• open Settings / goto General / goto Profiles and delete any "Tasks" profile first ('MedicalBizz_Starter' in my screenshot)
• reinstall your AppMaker File (Tasks ?)
If all those tips fail, I would post this as a bug report.
If the new profile has the same name it will automatically overwrite the old profile. To avoid the 'Open this page in "FileMaker Go?" dialog go to the table 'Files' and select the field 'file_subprofile' to amend the fullscreen mode:
<key>FullScreen</key>"&¶&if ( Setup::ios_version="iOS 6" or Setup::ios_version="iOS 8" , "<true/>" , "<false/>" )&¶...
I am still using App Maker 1.0.3 and it works perfectly.
Thanks CodeCruncher, your answer appears to be the fix I was seeking!
What is FMI App Maker cant seem to find anything on this via google. Plenty of FMI stuff not App Maker though. One of the things I am wrestling with is Web Clips for FMGO DB's on ios 8. Previously I would use iphone configuration utility to create but that that no longer works and I dont have a MAC only windows PC so I am a bit perplexed on how to achieve this. The FMI App Maker sounds like the answer with a bit of tweaking to config file. Any help on tracking this down would be appreciated.
The link above will take you to download AppMaker. This should redirect you to:

Looks like TSGal has you covered, but FYI if you've already got webclips that worked in iOS7 and you just need to make them work in iOS8, you can open the mobileconfig file in some text editor and update the fmp url protocol like so:
Cheers and thanks for the responses.
BTW App Maker is a nice piece of work and just another example of how versatile filemaker can be.
