Summary

While using high DPI - The entire App GUI is scaled down and the content is truncated on invoking the new Child windows from the application.

Description of the issue

While using high DPI - The entire App GUI is scaled down and the content is truncated on invoking the new Child windows from the application.

Steps to reproduce the problem

prerequisites:-
     i. Configure a Dual-Monitor setup.
     ii. Open Control Panel -> All Control Panel Items -> Display
     iii. In windows Blue, by default "Let Windows manage my display Settings" option will be      enabled.
     iv. Drag the slider from Smaller to Larger size.
     v. Sign out & Sign In for the changes to take effect.
     vi. Verify that the DPI values are changed and the settings have been applied.
     vii. Now cross-verify and set the screen resolution to recommended for the current DPI value

Repro Steps:
1. Launch the application
2. Select "Try FileMaker Pro" option in the bottom right corner of the FileMaker Pro window
3. Select and save "Create a New Database" option in the displaying window
4. Go to File->Print Setup
5. Select "Network" button in the bottom left of the Print setup window and close it
6. Try to maximize or minimize the application.
7. Observe

Expected result

The application should work perfectly without any truncation.

Actual result

The application truncates when you select the network button in the print setup window on 150%DPI & 200%DPI
