Summary

Window resizing does not work right on dual monitor configurations

Product

FileMaker Pro

Version

12

Operating system version

Mountain Lion

Description of the issue

I have a large 27 inch display connected via Thunderbolt to my Air.  The large monitor is configured to be above the Air screen and also is configured to have the menu (vs the air).

For all other apps, I can drag the application window down to the Air display, and then hit the green maximize button and it pops the window to fully spread over the Air display.

However, with FMP in Browse mode, when I hit the green button in top left corner of FMP window, it moves the window about half way between the two monitors so half the window is in each screen!  Just kind of opposite what I wanted.

Workaround

Manually drag the window where desired and resize to fit (not precise, not reproducible  and a pain)
