Your example is correct. Whenever alpha characters occur on both sides of a single-quote, it is treated as a single word. If a numeric character occurs on either side of the single-quote, then it is treated as two words. For example: a'b is treated as one word, while a'1, 1'b and 1'1 are treated as two words. I have sent a message to the person responsible for the Knowledge Base Articles to make sure it is updated properly.
