          Thank you for posting.

FileMaker Pro and FileMaker Pro Advanced support up to 9 simultaneous local (same machine) ODBC connections. For remote connections, I recommend looking into FileMaker Server Advanced. This would allow up to 50 simultaneous ODBC connections from both local and remote applications.

Was there ever a resolution found for this?

I am trying to get an ODBC connection working that will connect to a remote server and then transfer data.  This is all done via C# and Visual Studio.

I have tried multiple solutions but have not found one that I can use permanently.

If I transfer the FM7 files locally on my Windows PC, everything works great.  I now have to access the files remotely.  When using the FileMaker ODBC Driver (32-bit) 11.3.76.0 to set up the connection, it can see all the databases available but then gives me this error when I try and do a test connect.

My guess is that they set it up so that you need FM Server to do something like this.
