Check your windows display control panel. I predict that you'll find that it is not set at 100%
There are known issues with FileMaker 13 and Windows 7, 8 OS systems when the display control panel is not set to 100%.

This is one of many acknowledged bugs that can be found in the Known Bug List thread here in the Report an Issue section of the forum.
It can also be downloaded as a database file from: https://www.dropbox.com/s/jt09b82i0xijbu3/FMP%20Bugs.zip
I get that it's on the bug list, but developers should be warned that going from 12 to 13 is a real problem for this bug. While the bug could go virtually unnoticed in previous upgrades, users are having a terrible time with the new zoom level in 13. I can't fix it because until the known bug is resolved I should expect it to happen again with the next upgrade.
It thwarts the versatility, function and reliability of all of my solutions.
Just venting I guess. Not sure anything will be done but I wanted to put in my agreement that this bug is causing some real problems for the Windows users.
It's not only causing view issues, but some things print differently at different zoom levels now. For example, a checkbox set may be fully viewable at 100% zoom, but when a user zooms to 75% the last value falls off and the biggest issue now is that it prints this incorrect image - the zoom affects my printing and it's destroying FileMaker's (and my own) credibility with my users.
We haven't upgraded from 13 yet, so I'm still hopeful that they've addressed the bug in 14.
There are various incarnations of a trouble with UI rendering in FMP for Win that was introduced with FM13. Here's what I stumbled on:
To my (unpleasant) surprise, the issue is still there in FM14 and it is unclear if it will ever be fixed.
