The repair says there is no damage. The repaired copy generates the same message. In fact I have tried sending numerous different files to the ipad and every one generates the same message and will not run.
I am manually emailing them to the device as an attachment. Its never been an issue before, the files are closed when I email them.
Does the problem still occur if you use dropbox or itunes to transfer the file? You could also try zipping the file before you email it.
OK this is what seems to work.
Attach the file to email, send to device.
Make sure Filemaker go is not running.
Download full email message.
Close the email program and make sure its not running (ie shut it down).
Load the email program and tap on the attachment to send to filemaker go.
Has worked every time.

Glad you were able to find a work around, although it seems like you have to jump through a lot of hoops to get it to work. Have you tried shutting down the iPad and restarting. Restarting an iPad solves a vast majority of the problems that I have with FMGO. Another option you might try is to delete FMGO and reinstall it. (Warning: if you delete FM Go you will also delete all of the files on the iPad)
