Adding multiple pdf docs to a single email
In my Database I have many printable forms, which form to print or save as file is chosen based on variables within a record. My inspectors while on a road call may have to inspect many different items hence producing many different pdf files for a single customer. Currently my people using the Ipad are forced to produce an email for each pdf produced. This annoy's some customers who would like the documents neatly placed in one email.
Is there a way to store pdf's as they are created for a customer and attach them to an email when done?
I currently use the $PDFPath variable to create each email containing an individual document this is done through a script at the completion of a new record.
